This customer has enjoyed a partnership with PRISM for four years. As we began our partnership, PRISM captured a significant dollar credit as the customer was unknowingly paying for a premium SMARTnet service level which was excessive considering they had built-in network redundancy. PRISM orchestrated a multi-year SMARTnet agreement using these credits as a significant down payment. They utilize PRISM's inside support team to assist in managing add, moves, changes and the tracking of ongoing credits.
