A. PRISM adheres to all Cisco policies in regards to placing SMARTnet on used or grey market equipment. All Cisco equipment must be re-certified according to Cisco's policies & procedures. The responsibility of this recertification process rests with the end-user customer activating the equipment or soliciting for SMARTnet on equipment.
